Syrinix is delighted to announce the appointment of James Frudd, in a brand new role as UK Technical Support Specialist.
James will be the front-line port of call for UK customers and will be on hand to talk through any installation, or ‘in the field’ technology issues that need addressing.
James brings to Syrinix twenty years of engineering experience, thirteen of which he served within different areas of the RAF. On joining Syrinix he stated –
“I am pleased to be part of a genuinely innovative organisation and am looking forward to working within the team to support the customer adoption of high resolution monitoring. As the role evolves, I will be using my experience to add real value to solving the needs and requirements of the customer”
James Dunning CEO Syrinix added –
“James’s role is one we have been looking to fill for some time. He will sit between the field service engineers and our Research and Development team and bring to the customer a dedicated level of specialist support.
As Syrinix continues to grow globally, we are continually looking for new ways to ensure our customers always receive a fast response. James will be involved from the first point of installation and give our customers continuity and peace of mind.”
